I’m running for Secretary because I care about the people in this profession and the future we are building together.
If the past decade has taught us anything, it is that leadership matters. We need leaders who show up, listen carefully, and keep the best interests of our members and our profession in mind.
As an agent and brokerage co-owner, I bring a practical perspective to the table. I understand the pressures our members face, and I believe our association should help us grow stronger, more connected, and better prepared for what comes next.
I will hear all sides, approach people with respect, and stand firmly for doing what is right. I want to help raise the bar of professionalism while making sure our members feel heard and valued.
